PPGI is formed by spraying before galvanized iron is made. When hot-dip coated steel forms purity. If the zinc content is greater than 99%, galvanized iron is obtained. Before making PPGI into a better product, it is first surface treated and protected by a process coating that cleans the various organics and then sent to the production line.PPGI's substrate types include: cold rolled sheet, electro galvanized, hot-dip galvanized, and aluminum-zinc-plated. PPGI coatings include silicon-modified polyester, fluorocarbon, polyester, high weathering polyester. PPGI coating brands use Nippon, KCC, Aksu, and other internationally renowned brands.
