We often use two methods such as cleaning degreasing treatment and using chemical cleaning agent. The clear elution grease treatment mainly utilizes the dissolution, saponification, emulsification, wetting, infiltration and mechanical action of the industrial chemical cleaning solution to remove oil stains and impurity particles on the surface of the substrate.
At present, the chemical cleaning solution used in most production lines is basically composed of a complexing agent, a surfactant, sodium hydroxide, potassium hydroxide, polyphosphoric acid and the like, and is an alkaline solution. The effect of clearing the grease depends mainly on the concentration of the cleaning solution, the temperature, and the cleaning time of the steel strip. Pay attention to controlling the concentration and temperature of the cleaning solution during the cleaning process. If the concentration of the cleaning solution is too low, the surface of the substrate is not cleaned, resulting in defects in the subsequent coating treatment and affecting the quality of the coating. If the concentration is too high, the zinc and aluminum in the galvanized sheet belong to an amphoteric metal, and zinc in the hot alkaline solution. The surface of the aluminum layer is prone to form a heart acid salt, causing severe corrosion, thereby affecting the subsequent chemical coating effect.
