Galvanized Steel Producing Flow

Galvanized Steel Coils are produced through a process of metal coating which involves passing cold rolled coils through a kettle containing molten zinc. This process ensures adhesion of Zinc to the surface of the steel sheet. The Zinc Layer provides excellent corrosion resistance and prolong service life.

Packaging Details: Mill Standard seaworthy packing, Corner protected in rolls with edge protector, steel hoop and rustproof paper, or as customers' requirements.

Shipping Terms: FOB, CFR, CNF, and CIF by Container or Bulf.

1. Q: What is the MOQ.?

A: Generally speaking, the MOQ is 25 metric ton per GI steel size, if your quantity is small, it also is ok.

2. Q: I need sample, could you support?

A: We can supply you with PPGI steel sample for free, but the delivery charges will be covered by customers. For avoiding the misunderstanding, it is appreciated if you can provide the International Express Account for Freight Collect. Also you can have a visit to our factory, welcome !

3: Is it available for logo printing?

A: Any kind of logo printing or design are available.

4. Q: What is your terms of payment?

A: Payment 30% in advance by TT, Payment 20% T/T in advance and 10% before shipping, the balance against BL copy. Or L/C at sight.
